Iriun Webcam works in Zoom as a standard camera device. Select it in Zoom Video settings. For best quality on calls, use USB mode.

Use Iriun Webcam in Zoom on Windows

Start Iriun and connect phone
Open the Iriun PC client. Connect your phone. The phone preview should be streaming before you open Zoom.

Open Zoom Video Settings
In Zoom: click the gear icon → Video. Or during a call: click the arrow next to the camera icon → Video Settings.

Select Iriun Webcam
In the Camera dropdown, choose Iriun Webcam. The preview shows your phone camera.

Enable HD video (optional)
In Zoom Video settings: check Enable HD. Also uncheck Mirror my video if you want the natural (non-mirrored) image.
Zoom tips
Get the best Iriun quality in Zoom
- Use USB — USB gives 1–5ms latency versus 10–50ms on Wi-Fi. For professional video calls, plug in the USB cable
- Use rear camera — flip to rear camera in the Iriun phone app for better image quality than the front camera
- 720p for reliability — even the free version at 720p looks sharper than most built-in PC webcams
- Good lighting — phone cameras perform best with light facing you, not behind you

Zoom questions
Iriun Webcam not showing in Zoom camera list
Close Zoom completely, make sure the Iriun PC client is open and your phone is connected, then reopen Zoom. The virtual camera must be active before Zoom starts scanning for devices.
Zoom video is blurry or pixelated with Iriun
Enable HD in Zoom Video settings. Also check the resolution in the Iriun app — set it to 720p or 1080p (paid). On Wi-Fi, video quality can vary with signal strength; USB gives consistent quality.
Zoom says "camera is in use by another application"
Another app is using the Iriun virtual camera. Close OBS, Teams, Skype, or any other video app. Then restart Zoom.
