Iriun Webcam works on iPhone with iOS 12 and later. USB connection uses the Lightning or USB-C cable. Wi-Fi requires both iPhone and PC on the same network.

Install PC client on Windows
Download and run
IriunWebcam-2.9.5.exeon your Windows PC. Open the Iriun PC client — it shows "Waiting for connection". - 2
Install Iriun on iPhone
On your iPhone: open the App Store, search for Iriun Webcam and install it. The app is free.

Connect via Wi-Fi or USB
Wi-Fi: Connect iPhone and PC to the same Wi-Fi network. Open the Iriun app — it finds the PC automatically.
USB: Plug Lightning or USB-C cable into PC. Tap Trust on iPhone when prompted. Open the Iriun app. - 4
Grant camera permission
On first launch, Iriun asks for camera access. Tap Allow. Without this, the app cannot stream video.

Get the best quality from iPhone camera
- Use rear camera — in the Iriun iPhone app, tap the camera flip icon to switch to the rear camera for higher quality
- Lock screen orientation — lock your iPhone to portrait or landscape before starting Iriun to prevent rotation during calls
- Keep iPhone plugged in — streaming video uses significant battery; USB charges while streaming
- Close other apps — close background apps on iPhone to free up memory for the camera stream

Iriun iPhone not connecting to Windows PC
Check the PC client is open and showing "Waiting for connection". For Wi-Fi: confirm both iPhone and PC are on the same network (same router, same band). For USB: make sure you tapped Trust on the iPhone when connecting and are using a data cable, not charge-only.
Does Iriun work with iPhone 15 / USB-C?
Yes. Iriun supports iPhone 15 and later with USB-C. Use a USB-C to USB-A or USB-C to USB-C cable depending on your PC ports. Trust the connection on iPhone and the Iriun app will connect via USB.
Iriun iPhone webcam watermark — how to remove?
The watermark is a limitation of the free version. To remove it, purchase the paid version of Iriun within the iPhone app (tap the crown/upgrade icon in the app). The paid version also unlocks higher resolutions.
